PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected on our website are processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

We also guarantee that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, remaining limited to those purposes and kept up to date as necessary. The identification of data subjects will not be permitted for longer than necessary, and their security will be ensured through appropriate technical and organizational measures.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

When the user provides their personal data in the forms available to them, or by contacting us through any of the available means, the data controller will be AINOVIS SL.

The purposes for which your data may be used by the data controller, as well as the reasons that allow us to do so, are described below:

-        Handling inquiries: When a user or interested party contacts us to make an inquiry, report an incident, or file a complaint, their personal data will be processed to identify the sender, manage the communication, provide an appropriate response, and take the necessary actions related to the request. This processing is based on the consent of the interested party, given when making their request.

-        Commercial communications with interested parties by any means: When the user gives us their consent in our contact form, we may send them commercial communications by electronic means with information related to our services and activities.

Likewise, when the interested party expressly provides their email address through the newsletter form enabled for this purpose, we will process their data based on their consent, in order to send them periodic informative and commercial communications about our services, activities or news.

These consents may be revoked at any time through the mechanisms established for this purpose. Interested parties may object in each of the communications sent and additionally through the mechanism provided in the section “What are your rights?”.

-        Receipt of resumes: If the interested party provides us with a resume, their data will be used to incorporate them into present and future selection processes in our entity and to communicate with them, including by electronic means, in relation to their candidacy, legitimized by their consent and by the application of pre-contractual measures.  

DATA RECIPIENTS

In some cases, the data controller may share personal data with third-party providers for the sole purpose of providing us with certain auxiliary services that allow us to fulfill the purposes described above. The legal basis for sharing the necessary data will be that established for each processing activity.

DATA RETENTION

As a general rule, data will be kept as long as it is compatible with the purpose for which it was collected, in compliance with legal retention obligations and to deal with any liabilities that may arise from the processing.

Once the relationship between the user and the controller has ended, and provided that the user has not exercised their right to erasure, the data will be kept for the legal periods that apply in each case based on the type of data and its purpose.  

Data collected for the purpose of commercial communication will be kept for as long as that purpose lasts or until the user objects to the processing.

USER RIGHTS

Any user has the right to withdraw their consent when they have given it for a specific treatment.

Similarly, the user has the right to cancel their subscription and stop receiving commercial communications at any time by making a record through the means that the controller makes available in all emails, by sending a request in that sense to the email of the controller.

The user may request further information regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as exercise any of the rights granted to them by data protection regulations.

The interested party may exercise the following rights:

• Access, or knowing what personal data we process about you;

• Rectification, or correcting incorrect or inaccurate personal data;

· Deletion, or to remove the personal data we have about you that we are not legally obliged to keep;

• Objection, or to us ceasing to process your personal data for a specific purpose;

• Limitation, or restriction of the treatment we perform;

• Portability, or that we provide you with the personal data that is in our possession;

To exercise any of the rights granted to you by data protection regulations, you may request a rights exercise form from the data controller or directly download any of the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency through this link and submit it completed with the additional information that allows you to prove your identity, to the address or email of the data controller.

INFORMATION SECURITY GUARANTEES

In accordance with the legal requirements established in current personal data protection regulations, we have adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security that prevents the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data, or the unauthorized communication or access to such data.

We have also enabled procedures to respond within the appropriate legal timeframes to any security breach that may occur regarding your personal data.  

When contracting with suppliers, we guarantee that they have implemented the appropriate security measures for the protection of our users' personal data.

We may modify this Privacy Policy and our data security measures at any time, in particular if it is necessary to adapt them to new laws and regulations, or if we consider the modifications reasonable.
